The Virtual Hosting package
gives you your own web presence. Instead of hosting your personal/business
web-site as a sub-folder on someone elses domain (www.customcpu.com/mysite/),
you have your own fully qualified domain like (www.mysite.com).
It is much
easier for viewers to remember the address and
if you run a small business, it looks a lot more
professional. Along with this package, we can also set up custom
e-mail addresses
for you (myname@mysite.com) which are run through our Filtration system
which weeds out spam and scans for viruses. If you would like
a static IP address, no problem.
The TLS/SSL Encryption package
allows users who view your web-site to do it over an encrypted
channel so
that any type of sensitive information such as credit card
numbers or personal information are not viewable by any other
party. We can take care of obtaining your
signed certificate from Verisign, Thawte,
or any other certificate authority you desire. In addition
to security, our encryption package gives your web-site forward
and reverse DNS and it's own static IP address. We also give
you custom e-mail addresses with this package that are protected
by our Filtration system.
The Database Hosting package
is not for the meek of heart. This package includes all the
features that
the Virtual Hosting package does, but also gives you an account
on our SQL server system. With this, you have access to our
SQL servers where you can store any type
of dynamic content your heart desires. Maybe
you have member directory for some type of organization with
100,000 listings in it, and you need people to be able to search
through it quickly online. Maybe you want to put up a Bulletin
Board system like PHPBB,
so your organzation can easliy converse online and post topics
for discussion. Maybe you want to try your hand at online e-commerce,
and need a reliable to way to store peoples orders. Whatever
the database need, this package can deliver.
The E-Mail Hosting package is
for those of you who don't really need or want a full fledged
web-site
and are only interested in customized e-mail address.
Instead of having an e-mail address like myaddress@customcpu.com,
you can have
myaddress@mysite.com.
All e-mail accounts we handle are run through our Filtration system
